2025 Macao International Chinese Cuisine Chef Competition

November 27th, 2025 President Peter How brought his team of American Chef’s to compete in an international cooking competition. Chef Ryan Von, Chef Alexandra Donnadio, Chef Aaron Alosi, & Chef Zach Laidlaw. The team placed 4th out of 43 countries.
