Global Travel
The association has embarked on an exciting journey over the past two years, visiting locations such as Taiwan, Guangzhou, Thailand, Malaysia, and Macao. During these travels, we've had the privilege of spending time with renowned master chefs, participating in exclusive private tours, attending private events, and engaging in international culinary competitions. These experiences have enriched our culinary expertise and fostered connections within the global food community.

The association travled to Macao where we comWe are proud to announce that we placed 4th out of 43 countries in the International Macao Compet! This achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of our talented chefs, Chef Alexandra Donnadio, Chef Von, and Chef Zach Leidlaw. Thank you to everyone who us on this incredible journey!
